Terms of Service

01Accounts

You need an account to use LiveFlow. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and keep it current — it is how we reach you about your account, billing, and security.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, so tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Be at least 18 years old. LiveFlow is not intended for children — see the Privacy Policy for more.

One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

02Subscriptions, trials & billing

LiveFlow offers two paid plans, billed through Razorpay:

• Basic — ₹199 / month for everyday use.
• Pro — ₹499 / month for heavier workloads and longer runs.

Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged automatically.

Auto-renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused time. We do not store your card or UPI details — those stay with Razorpay.

03Acceptable use

LiveFlow runs the code you give it inside isolated sandboxes. To keep the platform safe for everyone, you agree not to:

• Run unauthorised, malicious, or illegal code, including malware, exploits, or anything that targets other people’s systems.
• Attempt to escape, break out of, or tamper with the sandbox, the host, or other tenants’ environments.
• Use LiveFlow for spam, crypto-mining, denial-of-service, scraping abuse, or other resource-draining or abusive activity.
• Evade limits by creating multiple accounts — for example to repeat the free trial or get around plan quotas.

We may apply reasonable technical limits (CPU, memory, run time, network) and adjust them to protect the service.

04Your content

You own the code, snippets, and other content you bring to or create on LiveFlow. We claim no ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us a limited licence to store, process, and execute your content solely to operate LiveFlow for you — for example to run your code, save your history, and show it back to you. We do not use your code to train models, and we do not sell it. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that age out on our normal schedule.

05Our platform

LiveFlow — including its software, design, interface, brand, and documentation — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not give you any right to:

• Use our name, logo, or trademarks without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand LiveFlow as your own product.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or create a competing service from our platform.

06Disclaimers

LiveFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Sandbox isolation is implemented on a best-effort basis. While we work hard to keep environments separated and secure, we cannot guarantee that any computing environment is perfectly secure, and you use it at your own risk.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

08Suspension & termination

You may stop using LiveFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — if you breach these terms, put the platform or other users at risk, or fail to pay.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Some provisions survive by their nature — for example ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LiveFlow evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use LiveFlow after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to LiveFlow.
