This policy describes how Manideep Kadambari and Kanishka Yadav, who operate LiveFlow from India, handle your information. It applies to the LiveFlow website, app, and sandbox service.

01What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account email — managed through Amazon Cognito for sign-in and account recovery.
  • Payment references — handled by Razorpay. We receive references and status, but never store your card or UPI details.
  • Your code & activity — the snippets you write, projects you save, and your run history, so we can execute and show them back to you.
  • Technical data — IP address, request and execution logs, and Cloudflare Turnstile signals used to tell humans from bots.

02How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Operate and secure the platform — run your code, isolate sandboxes, and keep things stable.
  • Authenticate you and send transactional email such as sign-in, verification, and account notices.
  • Handle billing — manage trials, subscriptions, and renewals through Razorpay.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse — detect multi-account trial evasion, abuse, and attacks.

We do not sell your data, and we do not train models on your code. Full stop.

03Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to deliver LiveFlow. They process data only on our behalf:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, compute, sandboxes, Cognito authentication, DynamoDB storage, and SES email.
  • Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
  • Cloudflare — network protection and Turnstile bot defence.

04Cookies & local storage

We use essential storage only. That means your authentication token (to keep you signed in) and your theme preference (graphite or paper).

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. There is nothing here following you around the web.

05Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the associated data from our active systems, with routine backups ageing out on their normal schedule. We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example billing records.

06Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures:

  • HTTPS everywhere — data is encrypted in transit.
  • Encrypted secrets — credentials and sensitive values are stored encrypted.
  • Isolated sandboxes — each execution runs in its own contained environment.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep yours safe.

07Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information. Much of it you can manage directly in your account; for anything else, email us at mkbusiness3019@gmail.com and we will help.

08Children

LiveFlow is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

09Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use LiveFlow after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
